Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Easy Ship. By accessing our website (easy-ship.org) or utilizing any of our Air, Sea, Land, Railway, Pet, or Discreet transportation services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Easy Ship provides global logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, and tracking solutions. While we strive for excellence and efficiency, we act as an agent on your behalf to coordinate transportation with third-party carriers (airlines, ocean liners, and ground transport networks). The physical carriage of goods is subject to the individual carrier's terms and conditions.

3. User Responsibilities & Declarations

When booking a shipment with Easy Ship, you explicitly agree and warrant that you will:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding the contents, declared value, weight, and dimensions of your cargo.
  • Ensure all goods are adequately securely packaged to withstand the standard rigors of international transit and mechanical handling.
  • Obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and legal documentation required for the export from the origin country and import into the destination country.

4. Prohibited Items

For the safety of our staff, carrier networks, and global borders, you agree not to tender any cargo that contains:

  • Illegal narcotics, contraband, or strictly prohibited pharmaceuticals.
  • Explosives, munitions, firearms, or unauthorized hazardous materials/chemicals.
  • Unregistered live animals (unless utilizing our explicitly authorized Pet Transport service).
  • Counterfeit goods or currency.

Easy Ship reserves the absolute right to inspect, refuse, return, or abandon any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items, and the shipper will be held liable for any resulting fines or legal action.

5. Shipping Rates, Quotes, and Payment

Initial shipping quotes provided via our website or support team are estimates based on the information provided. Final billing may differ if the actual weight, volumetric weight, or destination differs from the original booking. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless an active corporate credit account has been established. Easy Ship reserves the right to hold cargo in transit if payments are not settled.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless expressly agreed upon in writing as a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipment, the shipper or the receiver is solely responsible for paying all applicable international import duties, customs taxes, and port handling fees levied by the destination country's government. Delays caused by unpaid customs duties are not the responsibility of Easy Ship.

7. Limitations of Liability & Insurance

While we treat every shipment with the utmost care, Easy Ship's liability for loss, damage, or delay is strictly limited by international carriage conventions (such as the Warsaw or Montreal Conventions for air freight, and the Hague-Visby rules for sea freight). We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive Freight Insurance for high-value cargo. Easy Ship is not liable for delays or damages caused by "Acts of God" (severe weather, natural disasters), war, strikes, or customs holds.

8. Tracking and Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery dates and transit times provided by Easy Ship are estimates based on current routing schedules. While we maintain a 99% on-time delivery rate, these estimates are not legally guaranteed. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from delayed cargo.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
